Your Personal data is processed by the Alsanza Medikal Estetik ve İlaç Tic. A.Ş within the scope of this Information Text by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and its secondary regulations and other legislation regarding the protection of personal data.

Your personal data processed by the Company, the purposes for which they are processed, the recipient groups to which they may be transferred, the method of collection, the legal reason, and your rights regarding the personal data in question are listed below.

B.I. WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSED DATA?

Within the scope of your visit to the Company, name, surname, telephone, e-mail address, visitor entry, and exit registration information, camera recordings are processed while your IP address and internet entry-exit log records are processed if you request wireless internet access.

B.II. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

If you visit the Company, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes by the relevant legislation:

  • Monitoring with camera recording to ensure the security of visitors in our company building,
  • Informing the competent authorities in case of crime or unlawfulness,
  • Receiving visitor information while keeping the gate pass report,
  • Providing wireless internet network to our guests.

Under the provisions of Article 11 of the PDPL, by your legal rights regarding your personal data, you can send your demands with a petition prepared by the conditions specified in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, to the address “……………………………………………” by hand or by a notary public, by means of identification.
